90-Day Coaching program
Hey there! So glad you're interested in learning more about the "TED Thread" Coaching Program. Here are a few more details to help you decide if it's right for you:
Who it's for:
You have an irresistible idea -- one that can change businesses, change lives, or change the world.
But how do you make it irresistible to the people it can help most? And how do you do it in 20 minutes or less?
As a big thinker -- an author, speaker, entrepreneur or market leader -- you’re asked to do just that all the time. And it’s not easy.
That’s why I designed The “TED Thread” Coaching Program: to help you keep up with the ever growing demand for compact keynotes -- whether for your own TEDx or “TED-style” talk, high-stakes panel presentations, or to make your big pitches not feel like pitches at all.
By the end of 90 days, you'll have discovered the secrets to shaping your big idea into a tight, 10- to 20-minute presentation. You’ll also have all the tools to promote it, as well as a repeatable process for adapting that message to multiple audiences and formats.
At the heart of it all is something I call the Red Thread. When you find yours, you’ll be able to articulate the problem you solve, the change you represent, and the key idea that ties the two together.
“Tamsen is brilliant, thoughtful, and a genius in structuring a compelling talk. She is patient, encouraging, and works meticulously to maximize the potential of everyone she works with.”
Daniel Koh, Candidate for United States Congress, former Chief of Staff for the City of Boston, and former General Manager of HuffPost Live
“Working with Tamsen on my TEDx speech was the best decision I could have ever made. I couldn't have picked a better speaking coach, period. She's a rockstar. She did whatever it took to help me execute the best speech I could give. She has unique insights and wisdom because she ran a TEDx. The next major speech I give I will definitely work with her, and I won't waste my time researching other speaking coaches. I HIGHLY recommend working with her. You won't be disappointed.”
Jason Treu, Executive Coach, Author, Host of Executive Breakthroughs Podcast"
You’ll follows the intense 12-week program I developed for TEDxCambridge. This same program resulted in talks that have produced 8.7 million views so far, including five talks on TED.com. It includes:
- Up to three 1:1 calls with me
- Live, biweekly group web conferences, recorded for reference
- Biweekly, virtual, “office hours,” where you’ll have access to me and the group
- PDF e-books, as well as virtual planning and digital outlining tools
- Access to a private online group for the duration of the program
Here’s what that leads to:
- After two weeks: Message and key concepts identified, high-level outline drafted
- After 30 days: Detailed outline completed, from presentation opening to conclusion, including all supporting concepts, data, story, and illustrations
- After 45 days: Draft script complete
- After 60 days: Draft slides and "quotable/tweetable" sayings complete
- After 75 days: Promotion package complete
- At 90 days: Our own “REDx” rehearsal, an in-person day to present with other participants, test content, and refine performance
Your investment for the complete package is $12K.
